MTN is ao pathetic and unprofessional
I've asked and begged MTN to sort out my problem since December to this moment I'm standing where I have been, ***** case I have lodged with them in now stuck with mess yet they telling me they have sorted it out, im so disappointed at you, no follow up all I was told was the case has been resolved, all of a sudden it has been escalated I don't know where to maybe heaven, I have their copy of my query follow up form stating matter resolved yet they need R22 000 from me of their ********** account like what the hell is that,
