MTN is ***** and a big ****

I have been scanned *****ed by MTN Rosebank,Killarney and Mall of the South. For two months they can’t do a simple sim swap. They did security questions without me until the number was suspended,I have submitted id and did all that was recquired but they keep saying the SIM card will work after an hour, I had to buy so many different SIM cards even now they still can’t help..what kind of network service is this!!!
