MTN is absolutely disgusting

MTN has the most atrocious service I've ever experienced in my life.

I opened a month to month home WiFi contract with them in July ,it only worked for a month. From September till November I didn't have any working internet. I handed the router back to the store on the 7th Nov and also cancelled the contract. On the 20th November the contract was changed from a contract SIM to a prepaid SIM (which I was not in possession of as it was handed back with the router) yes I was still being billed for the contract. On the 4th of Dec I called yet again to cancel the contract. I was told it was cancelled yes I was still charged. I called again to request to cancel for the 4th time on the 2nd Jan only to be told the contract was never cancelled. So now they are *****ing my hard earned money for something I am not able to use. I asked to speak to a manager and that all the recording get sent to me then the call was dropped in my ear. I want even get started on the attitude of their staff members. They are absolutely disgusting and I don't recommend them at all. All they have done for the last 5 months is ***** from me.
