Mtn is a ZOO

I had 2 contracts with Mtn, the one ended in January. I received a call from a Mr. T Ncube from Mtn offering me an upgrade in December 2021 which I accepted the upgrade was never finalized!

I went to 4 different Mtn stores to apply for an upgrade but couldn't because of this T Ncube. I called the Retention department 5 times this week to cancel what Ncube did - no one could assist me because he is never there.

The Retention department is rotten, none of the 5 staff I spoke to had solutions besides hanging up on me.

I just want to delete the process Ncube started in December so that I can do an upgrade in store.
