MTN is a vig ****!

Mnt have ruined my credit score by debiting my account later than the agreed date, when i call their customer center to inquire they tell me lies, keep me on hold for more tgan 20 minutes, I called them over 4 times yesteday and even asked to speak to their manager, istead they just put me on hold and let me wait till i hang up... Im tired of this trash service, i want my credit score fixed and im going to cancel my contract with them!
