Mtn is a Very Bad service provider

I am very disappointed with mtn polokwane non of my issues ever gets resolved. An mtn agent called me a couple of months ago talking about the platinum data package and said it cost R200 a month and i can cancel anytime, but when i tried to cancel it mtn said its on contract till 2028 (there was not even a single time the agent mention its on contract) i emailed them 4 times saying to get the recordings of when i spoke to the agent for evidence (i gave them the exact date when the conversation took place, but they say they cant find it, and thats it. ) Now a few weeks ago a called again twice asking to cancel the platinum package and asked how much it will cost, but the mtn agents told me they can change the contract to a 12 month contract (more gigs for same price for no extra charge or any fees) Now i get a surprise of R400 on my bill this month and all they say is its prorate charges (which doesnt make sence when i got told twice on the phone and 3 times in store theres not going to be any fees or charges. There is 6 emails from me and 6 emails from mtn (12 in total) back and forth and not even a step forward to a solution

I am very unhappy, and will never never suggest mtn to anyone, not even my worst enemy
