MTN is a useless network and ureliable.

I app**** for a contract with MTN online they delivered the phone in time. The problem is activating the sim is a nightmare its been a week now with a useless phone now, I kept calling the call centre everyday since the phone arrived but keep lying to me that the sim will activated with 2-24 hours, each and every consultant I talk to keeps telling me that. The consultant who helped me purchase the contract is not responding to my mails now, How am I supposed to enter into a 24 month contract with MTN when they fail me before even starting. All I want now is to return their product and cancel the contract will gladly pay any penalties if there are any. I don't want to be associated with an unreliable network like MTN.
