MTN IS A USELESS COMPANY

MTN is a disappointing and an excuse for a company. I had a contract with them and I cancelled it in June 2020 but since then my number is not receiving any calls. I've been calling them since the 1st of July for them to resolve my issue but no they busy giving me useless ticket numbers telling me that it will be resolved in 24 hours. It seems they tell their call center consultants to lie to us. Till today my number is not receiving calls and they are still telling me the same thing when I call that I must give them 24 hours. How many 24 hours must I still give them for them to resolve this matter?? I don't see myself having a contract with them in the future or even recommending clients to them!
