MTN is a ****ty network

I was on contract that I canceled in July. Today I had 11gb data which they deleted because they only just migrated my account to prepaid. When I called wanting to understand why they tell me there is nothing they can do and they don't care if I write a bad review. Mtn is useless and I have been with them since 1999 for a whooping 24 year and this a service I receive? Useless network with useless unprofessional people working for them. I hope the lady I spoke to loses her job and mtn goes bankrupt nxa.
