MTN is a ****ty company

MTN is one *** company. They cut my line but I don’t want owe them ****. I have an urgent meeting that I need to attend but no MTN just decided to cut my line. I demand to be reconnected, otherwise I’m living. I call the helpline twice but they are not helping, the last agent I spoke to told me bluntly that there’s nothing she can do on her side ( Phindile Phosekana) she’s a rude person. If MTN doesn’t resolve this problem I’m living them. This is so disappointing, been with the network for almost a decade, I really liked them but I the *** treatment I’m getting is not acceptable….
