MTN IS A ****. THE SREVICE IS POOR

It has been more than a month since I lost my phone and I've been requesting MTN to blacklist my phone so that I can claim it from insurance. MTN has been taking me from pillar to post for more than a month now. They request one document and after submitting they request another document and the list of requested documents never end. They even made me to do 2 separate affidavit to explain the same thing over and over again. Mind you, I am using MTN Insurance and this phone is a contract phone. meaning now I continue to pay for the phone that is lost and paying also for the insurance for the phone I dont have.
