MTN IS A TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER

I settled my account with MTN last year in July. However that has not been updated with the credit bureaus. My credit report shows that I still owe them and I am in arrears even though I settled in full. I have sent countless emails and even called but I have not received any assistance, not even a response to my emails.
