MTN is a terrible service provider.

MTN customer service is terrible. I have made numerous attempts to cancel my contract with MTN via the call centre, to which I had no avail. I then contacted MTN via email on 14 April 2021 at ***, as I did not get a response I requested a call back via the MTN website on 21 April 2021, a consultant did get in contact with me and requested for my personal details, but once I advised that the reason for my query was because I want to cancel my contract, I did not get any feedback. Too date I have received no correspondence from MTN in this regard. Yet the continue to debt my account, which in my understanding is ***** as I no longer wish to have a contract with them and I am legible to cancel my contract. I have had a contract with Vodacom for many years, and I can confirm that there service is 100% better then that of MTN.
