MTN IS A SLAVER!

If there was anything less than one star, I’d give them that! DO NOT TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH MTN UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES! My husband has been trying to cancel our contract after it ended in February. We were not even made aware that our contract has ended and now we will be using uncapped data. They sent us a RIDICULOUS BILL billing us more than twice what we initially signed up for. They answered no emails and we had to go to their office in Westgate mall where we were shocked to learn our capped contract ended in February and WITHOUT OUR consent the deal was made uncapped and since March we have had MANY back and forth communication to have the contract ended and to date, it hasn’t! April was the second month they’ve billed us while we wait on headquarters to reply our emails! JUST DON’T DO IT!!!!
