POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY KEEP ON CHARGING MONEYS I TRY TO CANCEL BUT THEY REFUSE

I tried to upgrade to which my branch informed me that they can't get the stock I must go get it myself either in the closest city or online. I then got charged extra for month to month as they didn't get my upgrade in time as they weren't in contact about the upgrade.

I payed the extra moneys owed and canceled my contract, I called 2 times to confirm that all is canceled on my name and that I dont owe or will not owe anything. As the new month came, so did my new statement charging again moneys that I did not ask for.
