MTN is a serious joke

I'm so sick of MTN, when my contract expired I called in to switch to prepaid, the person I spoke to at retentions offered me a "month to month" which I could cancel anytime only to find out a few months down the line when I wanted to cancel it because I got retrenched that it was a 24 month fixed contract. Had to pay an early contract cancelation fee, it took a week to change migrate my number after having to call every single day and getting no where. Called again this morning and was told that I'm on prepaid but my number doesn't exist. The fu**k!! No one has been able to get a hold of me since yesterday. I'm in the process of recruitment and I have to keep making excuses why someone can't get a hold of me, it's already so hard finding a job and MTN is making sure to really mess up my chances. Once this is over I'm not staying on this network.
