MTN IS A ******** COMPANY

This is total bull**** , I have been with MTN for more than 12 years now and the service I have received lately it's ****, they keep on deducting my airtime, I can't even load airtime because one of their managers that spoke to me and told me that i should not buy airtime, how do I not buy airtime when I have a 3 months old baby at home, how do I call to check on my baby at home if I don't have airtime. And their managers keep on lying to me, promising me a refund and promising to call me back n they never do, not to mention their advisers they are full of attitude and they are disrespectful to their clients. And I am not done here, I am going to report them on the newspapers and on the news.
