MTN IS A ******* OF NOTE!

MTN is a big *******. I'm petrified by their service. I signed a contract for 12 months from last year Feb 2021 and ended in Feb 2022. MTN decided on my behalf that they'll give me data without my permission and this is on the 13th month where my contract has TECHNICALLY ended!!!!

Instead of having their sales people call to verify if I'm interested in having a diff package, the decide for me and tell me that they'll bill me R1245.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I call their agents and Nthabiseng and Thandi were utterly rude. The other one went as far as dropping my call!

I thought porting to MTN after this mifi router contract, buying a new phone via contract and porting was the best decision, little did i know that they're ******** OF NOTE!!!!

I'LL LODGE A FORMAL COMPLAINT TOO WITH THE SHORT TERM OMBUDSMAN AND CHANCE ARE, THEY'LL APPROVE THEM OR SAY THEY'RE RIGHT AS IN THE END, ALL THIS IS A GAME

I'M really going to go back to VOdacom. It's better , way better than these ********
