Never Take a contract with MTN. I took a 2 year contract, and I paid for full 2 years and when is was over I called MTN call center to cancel the contract and I was told to go to the store to, cancelations are only done in store. Went to their store in Promenade and spoke a consultant and she said she had canceled it, and indeed MTN stopped deductions. A year and a half later, I get calls and SMs from MTN saying I owe them, how, and how if I canceled your contract a d you stopped deducting from my account.
