MTN IS A **** NETWORK!!

I upgraded my Cellphone on 22 July 2019 with MTN Direct. I was credited with data and Airtime on the very same time but my phone has not been delivered even today. I have been calling MTN they do not have answers as to why my phone has not been delivered, how difficult is it to deliver a customers phone?? MTN does not know what they are doing lately... they don't even know whether they are coming or going, they do not even deserve the terrible rating I have given them, they deserve the worst. The worst thing is I must now PAY for a phone that I do not EVEN have, is MTN a **** or what? why can nobody explain to me what happened to my phone?? this is a sham of a network provider sic!!!
