MTN is a ****

I have been trying to inform MTN that I no longer wish to continue my contract with them .The consultants are the least helpful .The put my query on a pending status even though I called on the date that they had advised me on(03/91/2022).I keep calling to do a follow up on the query yet I still receive no help at all.I think was given a query for the call and have not received a response from them even though the matter was escalated to the supervisor .My query number is ***.. Can someone at MTN please assist!!!
