Mtn is a ****

Mtn is a piece of junk... To cut the longest story: I opened an mtn data contract (Sim only) in the middle of July for R299, whereby they said I will be getting 80GB a month (50GB daytime, and 30GB nite)... Buy here's the ****** thing, to date I've never got that 80GB they promised me, but they still debiting their R299. I've logged a query about 4 times already, and each time I'm promised it would be resolved within 3 days, today (27 Oct 2020) I called them and an agent by the name of Itumeleng said the query was logged at the wrong department and that she'll send it it the right department now. The previous time I had called they said the exact same thing, that the query is now being escaled. I want all my data that ****** me of, you ********
