MTN is a ****, don't do business with them

Don't consider doing business with MTN. They are a ****. They lie to people to get them to take contracts. I'm stuck because I was sold a 'deal'. Told I would get this but it didn't happen. Switch to Telkom or Vodacom before they **** you like me. They have been telling me they working on my query, it's been months am still waiting. I tell all my friends and family and will still spread the word on social media. Am disappointed with MTN and how they handled this. Clearly this is how they do business because nothing has been solved yet!! When I try to cancel they tell me about early termination fees which is not even my fault because had they not **** to me I would have taken another deal with them.

So please be aware if they call you and tell you of new deals...

Still waiting for my query to be solved. I guess I will wait till the contract ends. At least they should have made things right by giving me what they promised but hey....
