MTN IS A ****!!!!!!

I took a cellphone contract on the 5th September. It was an upgrade from my previous contract.

2 x Huawei Nova Y9a (R529 per month) 1 x Contract DATA only (R199 per month)

I was expecting to get R65 on one phone, data and minutes on the other. MTN has been over debiting me ever since i took this contract. In September they debited R940, because it was my upgrade month October R1700 and November R1368. As if that was not enough on Friday the 25th they suspended my account and I cannot make or receive calls. when I call them they say I haven't been payed enough money,i told them that i dont pay because i set up a debit order and it was debited on my pay day and they hang up the phone. when I try to express my grievances to them they just hang up. this is frustrating and very inconveniencing at the same time. MTN IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!
