MTN is a ****

I am so disappointed with the service I got from mtn, on the 2nd of July I made my monthly payment at one of their shops, later that day they debited my account for the same monthly payment. I understood that debits are processed a few days before it goes off, but I was puzzled as to why they debiting from my bank as I’ve been paying cash all the time. I then called their customer service department requesting for a refund, they told me it takes 3-5 business days. I was okay with that. Weeks later, I called them to find out what’s happening cause I was not getting any feedback. They started sending me from pillar to post. I have probably spoken to over 10 of their agents, but am still not assisted. I have went to their shops countless times but they also failed me. I have called and sent emails to their complaints department, but even them didn’t entertain me. Am very disappointed with MTN because when you fail to make payment they quickly cut off your line, but now that they must refund me my money they can’t. It’s the 3rd of September today and am still waiting for a refund on a payment done on the 2nd of July.
