MTN IS A ****

I canceled a contract with MTN, after I paid the cancelation fee I was notified by their various consultants that I was over charged. I visited their SOUTH COAST MALL branch, they refused to assist me, they told me to call MTN myself. After a whole year they still haven't reimbursed me. MTN Is A ****!!!
