MTN IS A ****

Writing this on behalf of my mother

She took a data contract of 40GB (20 anytime & 20 Night owl ) for R239 a month for 24 months on the 31st of July 2019 ,MTN didn’t give her the data that she signed up for she only got 5GB a month. She only realised later that MTN didn’t stick to the agreement in March 2020 and reported the mater but nothing changed

She only started receiving the 40GB in September 2020 but the data she’s owed wasn’t reimbursed ,instead she was always given reference numbers with promises that the issue will be fixed ,Yesterday we went again to MTN about the issue and another reference was supp**** and the issue wasn’t resolved

The contract is ending this month and she hasn’t been helped still and this is really frustrating her .I would like to know the steps to take for this matter to get fixed
