MTN IS A ****

****!! I took a contact 2 years back which expired last month June. I called to cancel without any help. I stayed on the phone for about 30 mins waiting for retention to cancel. I went to their 2 different stores in Polokwane but I was told I can only cancel through phone call which is retention... even today I'm still trying to cancel a contract that had expired... please help
