MTN is a ****

I think a trust index of 1.6 says enough about mtn. Anyway, after receiving a call back from MTN I clearly told the salesman I will call him back should I decide to take the deal. Which I didn't. Anyway long story short I got a phone call from DSV telling me my parcel is here from MTN.

I really wonder why your staff feel it's necessary to push through a sale without consent from the customer...
