MTN is a **** and Unprofessional

I am very disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism and disrespect I have received from this Brand. I have a 24 months contract with them and for the past two months I haven’t been able to connect with my WiFi, I have been calling sending emails my Complains are falling on deaf ears and the worst part is they I have been paying them in full, the know that they have an issue with their coverage but they not willing to come up with any solution, I have called all departments and all I get is mediocrity and disrespect. I have come to a decision to cancel my contract with them due to that Lack of Service. But know they want me to pay again a cancellation fee. MTN consultants and customer care are so useless, unprofessional and disrespectful.
