MTN is a **** and they are ***********

A consultant in Tzaneen Mall told me I can do an upgrade, we did the upgrade, during the process nothing was mentioned that it's an early upgrade, only later when they deducted R12k from my account saying I did an early upgrade, I've been quering this for three months and they still insist that I pay R9k, how can I do an early upgrade for a device worth R3k only to pay R9k? Does that make sense to you? So I won't pay any R9k infact if this is not resolved by Friday, I'm going to get a black Friday deal for wifi, from next month I'll never pay mtn, they can close their stupid lines and take me to credit beruea I don't care, but they'll never see a cent from me, I'll take my R2k elsewhere.
