Mtn is a ****

I was sent airtime this morning at 8:49 by my husband which amounted to R100. I got the confirmation message then I checked my balance in order to purchase data, to my surprise the account was empty. I called mtn the consultant told me that there is no airtime that came in. My husband called mtn they confirmed that I got the airtime but when I called again this other consultant told me that it was consumed by out of rates buldle and I never experienced this before I've bought airtime with my phone without data but I've never seen this worse part I called the third consultant that told me there is no airtime that I received. I'm very ****ed with mtn cause as the consultant said even if the airtime was to be taken by out of rates it wouldn't take the whole R100 mind you I haven't used the internet today this is the first time that I'm doing so... Mtn please stop with your *****ed ways this cannot be tolerated its very shameful...
