MTN IS A ****

MTN IA ****!, my contract ended long ago last year in July already it was due, told them I do not want an upgrade or renewal, by the end of the term I told them to cancel, mind you? they do that 2 months later, During this year end of January 2022, BOOM they debit my account with more than R1000-00 and doubling the money I used to pay, tried to call them today, they tell me the account is with legal department. How so cause I have been honoring my account until the end of the contract term. YOU ARE SUCH A ****, AND YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE CUSTOMERS.
