MTN is a ****!!!!

Good morning I have a contract with MTN and its been over 3 months now when i complain i always get the same response that they are logging my complaint or my complaint have been logged.. This is my third week calling them. I have to buy airtime and data every month but im paying for them monthly so im spending double. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service... I regret taking a contract with them..
