MTN is a ****

In my life I’ve never experienced such a poor service, I have been on a 24 month contract with MTN which has now reached its 24 month term, surprisingly they are still deducting what they call a month to month service Fee of R109.00 that I don’t want each month, I went to the branch to cancel and they told me to call 135, I have been calling that no Since yesterday with no success holding for hours for the retention department, and send them numerous emails with no help....

I was going to upgrade with them next year January but after this experience I will never, their service is disgusting because when you apply they are available in a dial but when you want to cancel what you did not authorize them to do they are nowhere to be found,

But I guess I will dispute their next debit orders until they stop deducting, they know they are a **** and won’t answer their phones at cancellation department that’s why you can’t even do it at their branches

I have paid my contract for 24 month with no fail, so cancel your unauthorized deduction you are debuting on my account
