MTN is a **** !

Unfortunately I am not allowed to give a zero star rate. I decided to join MTN a week ago after they treated me badly 2 years go, purchased a Router on contract which included 20 gigs anytime and 40 night. It was only activated 2 days ago and 2day I’m sitting with zero balance. I am told it’s because of not closing unused apps. I cannot get through to a consultant for help. I inboxed them on Facebook but getting a response from NPG who is full of attitude. I want to cancel my contract.
