MTN IS A ****

i have app**** for MTN online contract for Samsung A52 5G but to my surprise Samsung A32 was delivered, i called the MTN same time and they advised me to take the phone back to MTN store which i did, now MTN don't want to cancel the contract even though they took the phone back, they are charging me for the contract that i do not even have the phone.
