MTN is a sca*m

I owed mtn, and my account was handed over to vericred. I settled my account with vericred. I paid all the outstanding money to vericred, and on the 26th vericred submitted confirmation of payment and funds to mtn. But MTN still says i owe them and my account is in arrears. You are a big company please do the right thing
