MTN is a ****!!!

I received an sms letter on the 4th of April that my contract term has ended has ended, for a SIM card deal that I had. I have since contacted the customer service department to cancel, as there is no direct line to the cancellation department. I have spoken to several consultants, all of which have said they are transferring me to the relevant cancellation department, only to drop the call on me. The last one I spoke to was Philile Mthembu, who did the same thing, after explaining to her the problem that I have been experiencing in cancelling this contract. I will contact Clientelle Legal to resolve this issue for me, seeing that I’m not able to successfully cancel in my own.
