MTN IS A ****

Hello. I have 2 contracts with MTN.I called MTN on the 11 january 2023 requesting cancellation on one contract and an early upgrade on my second contract. To my suprise month end when i receive an invoice im charged R1049 and the first contract is not cancelled and still not cancelled now. I wrote an email to complain but still no respond
