MTN IS A ****

Mtn are the biggest lairs of all time! Their service is poor poor poor!!!!!! I got a call from one of their contact agent who sold me lies! He sold me a pocket router saying I’ll be receiving 130GB on top of that he said I won’t be paying any additional amount as I already have a cellphone contract with them. He said once my cell contract ends in July 2023 it will continue for the router. I asked several times if I will pay extra and he confirmed every time that I won’t be paying any additional money now month end august I receive a notice that I need to pay R998 for the month where as I was paying R413. They even put me on unlimited data not the 130gb AND delivered a big router not a pocket router like they said. When you go to the store they cannot assist they blame the call centre MTN is a ****!!!! I told these people who called that I can’t afford to pay any extra amounts and I can’t even cancel the damn contract.
