MTN IS A ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MTN is a ****, I recently went out the country and was roaming but I didn't even make any calls, was using whatsapp calling via WIFI but now I get an sms saying I owe them R3177.32. For what? For using wifi? 2 consultants are giving me different stories, one say it's prepaid hence I had to recharge, other say it's contract, you don't have to recharge. Which one is it? Why am I being charged for something I didn't use? Is MTN seriously charging me for using WIFI in a foreign country?
