MTN is a **** .
MTN has been debiting my account for the past 2 months. The issue is that I did not sign a contract with them and they are not my service provider. I had filled out the "call me back" form online on their sight because I was looking to get a phone. They never called me back but they are debiting my account.

For our ***** department to investigate you need to provide MTN with a ID copy and affidavit stating on the affidavit as per the above information received .
Please email the affidavit and ID copy to our customer care email address to log the request for you to the ***** department. Please ask in your email for the debit order to be cancelled and sim card to be suspended.
The customer care group will ask you the following security questions for assistance with the request:
· MTN Pin: (informed them that this is not set up due to ********** account-never had a account )
· ID Number:
· Postal Address:
· Work Telephone Number:
· Bank Name: (request for debit to be cancelled) Just confirmed the bank name the account is debited from.
