MTN contract cancellation is a nightmare, when the contract period lapses and you request to cancel contract to prepaid, they will not do it. After countless calls and references they still bill you past the 24months. I am almost being billed to 36months now even after countless request of cancellation. The line to cancellation is the worst, they employ the worst people in that line so that you give up the cancellation. Over 4 months with no help but empty promises of ending lapse contract that should have automatically ended anyway

The cancellation process is none existent, the call centre line to cancel is like a dungeon shebeen, but line to signing up is efficient. Mtn should not be used by civilized people. They are pathetic
