MTN is a ****

I ordered a data aim online. I received it two weeks later. When i eventually received it, the sun was not rica'd and it was not activated. After several calls and several transferals to different department no one has still not assisted me. I keep being redirected to different departments. The service is terrible. I have been without wifi for more than two weeks. I am really disgusted by MTN's POOR SERVICE!!!
