MTN is a ****

I have been a loyal customer with MTN all my contracts have ever since been with MTN. One of my contracts is the router I took in 2019. All the routers they have been giving me are problematic they do not even last, they stop working, I returned the first 1 last year and they replaced it, in April this year I returned it as it had stopped working. MTN has taken my router with the charger for two months now and now they say the router is out of warranty they cannot replace it, all this time without a router and a charger and now I'm told they cannot replace it. Why did they take it for two months then? And now I'm not even getting it back. I have another contract where I took P30 Pro which is coming to an end next month and I wanted to upgrade but I'm not going to do that infact I wanted to cancel but since it's ending next month I'll leave it, when it ends, I will cancel this router's contract and the tablet I just took recently, it's fine I'll pay for cancelation fee of a router that I have not been using, a router that I don't have, I never want to hear anything from MTN, they are a ****. This is horrible service.
