Mtn is a ****!!

In 2018 i took out two contracts, they both ended this year july, so i called to upgrade one of them, after that was done for me i called to cancel the other one and have the number moved to prepaid, even though it was a nightmare to get them to cancel it, had to call countless times asking for the very same thim, it was finally done for me they moved it to prepaid.. So logically this would mean im only left with the upgrade and only paying for one contract.

A few weeks later i get letter from mtn giving me notice to pay over R12 000 i have no idea where it came from. After about a month of calling and emailing and tweeting and even visiting an mtn store one consultant finally tells me dat i canceled my upgrade and now they charging me cancelation fees.. So what mtn actually did when i askd them to upgrade one of my contracts and cancel the other, is that they upgraded one contract and canceled the same contract 3days later and charged me a crazy amount, and never even touch the other contract i wanted to cancel.

So now what this means is that i stil have to pay for two contracts, the upgrade they charged me on and the other contract they are still billing me month to month on. Its been over two months now that i hav been trying to resolve this issue when i call all i get is ref number every single time.. When i email after they ask for my account they actively ignore my emails nl matter how many times i email bck for a follow up.. And in the mean time the bill keeps on getting hire and higher every day. For weeks now i have been asking to speak to a manager as i am tired of consultants passing me around among themselves, but that too seem impossible! One thing is for sure, mtn is playing me for a fool just so they can get more money from as this bills keeps on getting higher, and im never paying it. I made countless attempts to try and resolve this and they were not interested. I am defeted as well, i know of no other recourse and therefore il just sit back as they have done, compile all my attempts and wait for them to come to me.
