MTN is a ****

Actually they don't deserve a star at all, I got a contract phone with MTN which came with a specific deal, the consultant that was assisting me activated extra subscriptions that i wasn't told about and now my balance says i owe 2.5k, im supposed to be paying 349 on my contract but i have been paying R500 from the first day i got the phone, the balance doesn't go down and i haven't even used the sim card in over 4 months mtn is a **** and they're making us innocent hard working south africans to pay for those people who are hacking them and *****ing from them because they have a swark system.
