MTN is a ****** ripOFF

Mtn has once again ripped me off my data provisioning and still no explanation!

When I upgraded my data package I upgraded to 50Gigs anytime and 30 Gigs night express data but since the beginning of the first month I’ve been provisioned with 40G and 30G respectively!

Last month the consultant that did the upgrade managed to sort it out and the missing 10 G for anytime was provisioned. But guess what, today again, I got 40 and 30Gigs

To top it all off, after the provisioning of the 10Gigs last month, the next day I supposedly used 9Gigs of data within 2hrs? Madness! They obviously recovered the provisioning of the previous allocation! That amounts to *****!

I had 30.36Gigs remaining to roll over last night and for some reason it rolled over as 30G? Without even having switched on the damn router? Why must we go such lengths to fix their mess when they don’t go through hassles when debiting our accounts?
