MTN is a ripoff
I have cancelled my contract, well I thought MTN did, but to my surprise, they didn't.<br> <br> September last year I sent email to MTN cancelling my contract. Today, they have not done it. Instead they are still merrily deducting money from my account. I will keep on reversing the payment until you cancel my contract.<br> <br> No wonder you end up with fine Nigeria. Are you now trying to recoup the cost from your customers. Well done.<br> <br> I ask again. cancel my contract. I want no further involvement with MTN

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
We've perused your account and we see that your account is still in arrears for your invoice dated the 13th of August 2015. The total amount that was due is R3548.92.
We can also confirm that a credit of R1568.63 was allocated to your account as as goodwill gesture, however no further payments were made by yourself.
The account cannot be cancelled until the arrears has been settled.
